Phone orders and International orders ship out the next day as this allows for additional verification and customs documentation required for those orders, if applicable. Royal Mail is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the UK. All products under 1000g are shipped first class, so you should receive items the next working day. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping Policy All in stock orders are shipped the same business day if, the order is placed by 2:00pm GMT. Orders placed after 2:00pm GMT will be shipped the next business day. If you are unsatisfied, you can return your merchandise for a refund within 7 days of the invoice date. Please note: not sending proper identification of your original order will delay the credit for your return. The following steps will walk you through the return process. To process your return: 1.
